I'm a bit confused by your wording. With the Chris King , are there any bearings, or is it just the casing?

Hi, the £18 parts have the bearings in. They are the cups with the bearing race enclosed

So the sum of the bits will fit together to make a complete headset? How worn are the bearings?

Sadly not, no base plate, scuff washer or starnut
I’ve added info about bearing smoothness, basically red is silk, black could do with a clean and pack as per the CK instructions, but is still smoother than a regular BB headset! Just a tiny bit noisy

Hey man, so if the Kona P2 forks are uncut, does that mean they're unthreaded as well?
Thanks,
Max
