Hi, the £18 parts have the bearings in. They are the cups with the bearing race enclosed

Sadly not, no base plate, scuff washer or starnut
I’ve added info about bearing smoothness, basically red is silk, black could do with a clean and pack as per the CK instructions, but is still smoother than a regular BB headset! Just a tiny bit noisy
