not so much a bargain but more like the kind of price they should be in the 1st place, rrp of around £1000 now £399

havent seen much else in there so called black friday bandwagon sale

i would like to see crc slash some cash off stuff that doesnt get in the sales much
ie hope an pz racing an other stuff that rarely sees any discount

Its the tapered steerer. Seems theres less tapered headtubes than forks steerers so something had to give.Though with a bit of thought you can build a frame fork package using a mass produced frame for less than the the fork costs full price.
Look for a BB30 too and save another 70% on the cranks.

yeah ive heard that too

i bought a few bits from a guy up the road from here,
he said he bought a set of pikes an stuck his fox's on ebay

he said the new pikes are the amazing an way better then any other fork hes owned

Id be interested to know WHAT exactly makes it better :?
Is the crowd not just fickle and easily led :? Fox was getting a reputation for their stanchions being rubbish and wearing outm sometimes within 20 rides. Maintenance hungry .
Yet still they sold like hot cakes .

The lad who works in the local LBS and builds/ services 90℅ of the locals bikes tried some Pikes on his Giant Trance when his Fox went back for warranty, he said they totally transformed the bike a and predictably within a few months everyone was running Pikes!
