a friend of a friend has this. And wonders if we can shed any light on it.
Track ends, internally routed rear brake cable. Looks Italian to me. But that's all i have. I have asked a couple of old school frame makers in Italy, and await info if any, but if anyone here has any info that'd be so appreciated.
