They look very similar to the ones on my 97 Bravado, albiet a different colour.

From what I remember probably 96 era looking at the decals... but the month and date of manufacture for most forks is stamped in the steer tube. I have three NOS stock forks just like the one you have pictured. I'll take a look at mine to see if I can read the manufacture date through the paint on the lower portion of the steer tube and will get back at you.
