Classic Onza Porcipaws, Lizard Skins Logo single compound grips (cheap, chunky and very comfy – been through loads of these), and currently these fellas from Superstar.
Although the Superstars and Lizards are chunkier and not regulation retro classic, that extra squidge makes long hours riding high mileage commuting on a fully rigid old steeler comfortable on the old joints. The Porcs are fab n' retro but they do wear out quickly, so are more suited to garage queening it.
