oh well it's better than being vintage I suppose :?
evening all, found this site whilst looking for some new tyres for my bike apparently 26" wheels are for "kids bikes" hmmm look there's nowt wrong with my bike and what would I want 29" wheels for?
my bikes a 1989 Trek 7000 with XT groupset and a pair of Cannondale Pepperoni forks on the front, remember them, and the next spotty little oik that asks me "what are they?!?!" when looking at my thumbshifters is going to gets slap ...... now how do you upload pictures on here?

Ahh thumb shifters, learned to live and hate them. Glad grip style shifts came out in the mid 90’s. Nice ride, 26” was for big boys back in the 80’s. :wink:

I do remember pepperoni forks only to well as I've just scratched mine down to the aluminium on my m800 show bike :facepalm:
