Zaskar LE 1995 Seat Collar size! please help!!!

The seat collar on my 1996 Zaskar frame is marked 31.8. Seatpost is 27.0.

My RTS post is 26.8 and I run a 31.8 collar. If your post is 27.0 then I'd go with a 32 collar to be safe.

mine are 31.8 for the RTS's with 26.8 and 27mm s/p's respectively

The rollex is more of a concern me thinks. S work cranks you alraedy have some I want them for my futher M2.
