I'm looking to buy a 90's Zaskar 'cause my wife's unwilling to let me show her blue anodised '94 Zaskar any loving.
This eBay listing: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0407252286
says it's a 1996 18" model - but a couple of things don't look quite right:
It has a rear disc, (could be adapter mounted, but can't see it) - I thought disc brakes were only fitted a few years later, and
the frame geometry looks more like a 16" compared to my wife's 18 where the down tube is virtually parallel with the seat stays.
Cheers for any help.

Hard to say (for me) 100% but I'd sway towards not a Zaskar tbh..
Iirc it should have a cable guide on the back of the seat tube (my '97 has) and it looks like the top tube end cap is round, not flat (can't see 100% from the angle, but that's how it looks)..
totally wrong decals for that year and he has measured it from bb to top so it will be about 18.5, but we all know here that GT do bb to centre of top tube
Cap looks flat, and looks after market disc tab adapter possibly

Tough to tell with that big front fork if it's a 16 or an 18. I'm guessing it's a 16". That fork has it laying way back. That frame shouldn't have anything more than 80mm travel. The decals appear to be 99ish.
That yellow one looks like it should have gone for 15 tops.
If you're willing to go L450 and up for that one I've got a 99 18" Zaskar in Cosmic Sunrise full XT with Sid with only 150 actual miles that you might like.
