I remember one of the Brit roadies dominating the annual Superweek Series in Wisconsin back in the late 80's riding a Kirk magnesium frame.....maybe a McCormack? If I remember right they were made from Magnesium extracted from seawater???? Similar to the bodies on Matchbox cars.
