Think there seems to be a bit of confusion regarding yo eddy forks. I know FAT did a yo eddy and big one inch fork - some people claim their yo fork is a boi regardless.
So other then weight difference how can you tell the forks apart? Looking at the fat catalogues the cut over seems to be around 95. Both were offered this year, 96 on only the BOI fork was offered....

John,

The Yo has 1.125" blades
The BOI has 1" blades (hence Big One Inch)

Funny that they call it the Big One Inch, when it's smaller tubing than the Yo fork :?

is it not also true that the boi was only available as suspension corrected where as, due to its age the yo can come up shorter if you get an older one?

I think all BOI ARE suspension corrected and yo forks are not ,as well as BOI having 1" legs, but could be competly talking out me bum

From the German forum I understand that both forks came in 2 lengths.

Think is likely that most BOI are for corrected and most Yo forks not.

The BOI came in only production suspended lengths...63mm when it was introduced and later a few for 80mm.

There were numerous "custom" BOI made for one inch steerers that were non-suspended.

No Yo's were ever built by Fat that were suspension corrected to the best of my knowledge.

cheers,
