Its almost certainly a 19". Headtube should be 115mm.

It looks like the original seat collar is missing? (maybe its the picture)

pics coming - seat collar, was it a fairly hefty looking anodised ali silver? - i think i have it in a box, need to hunt. Have the original saddle too, but the Xt seatpost was nicked with a new saddle about a year ago [along with a whole White 19 Works...]
