Yeti Colour codes

Im starting a new Yeti project, believe I have the correct RAL code for the Turquoise, does anyone have an idea of the RAL code for the grey used on early ARC'S? Also anyone used anywehere to get a yeti re-painted or powder coated they can recomend?

If you don't know for sure, why make a complete guess and lead this guy astray?

The "grey" on the ARCs wasn't a powder. The frames were simply beadblasted then clearcoated.

I'd hardly call that "leading him astray" Mike. I know some people have had their ARCs powder coated in this color, right or wrong. The OP seemed to be inquiring about having his repainted or powder coated so I thought I'd help him with some search criteria. You get wrapped around the axle on such petty shit sometimes man.

apologies if I came across as a total dick, but with the expansion of this site and other groups (Facebook, etc) there's so much more misinformation being spread out there. Going back and re-reading, I agree that you told the OP to do more searching for committing.

I remember doing this for my ultimate and it was a nightmare because there was more than one grey used over time, unlike desert turquoise. Seem to recall using RAL 7040, but others have used 7036

Should have said, that is for steel yetis not the clear-coat ARCs.
