What makes you think these aren't a set then? What size frame would they make?

The 24" tube would be too short to use as a down tube on anything but a *really small bike. You could always have the builder extend the lugs to accommodate, but then it would be further from the original thing.

Just checked some measurements, and I´m probably doing something wrong because it doesn´t seem to me that short :roll:
