Is this a crack in the head tube (2nd picture), just above the lower headset cup? Since the vendor states 1" 1/4 to 1" 1/8 conversion...

Looking at the pictures again, I don't think it's a '94 Yeti A.R.C. with 1" 1/4 headset. Unless I'm mistaken and/or the frame modified. If memory serves me correctly, there was a seat binder up to 1996. It won't be until 1997 that a seat collar came out. And 1997 is precisely the year Yeti switched from 1" 1/4 to 1" 1/8 headset.
