Yesterday I thought about pressing the BIN button for several hours (the seller told me that shipping would be only 60 GBP) and I went for a mtb ride at night. When I came back it was sold... it is one of those mixed feelings things that has had me thinking all day... who knows when another opportunity like this will show up :|

That was a "crackin" deal!!
The wheels would be worth a fortune on their own!

I picked the bike up from the original eBay seller last year and posted it on to help the recent seller. Was indeed a lovely bike, a few bits have clearly been changed to take it back to Retro goodness, the rear shock and forks needed work and those wheels have been added instead of the Mavic/ Ringles it had, but I wish I had hit the buy it now option the first time. I nearly did as it was a complete steal first time round!

Does anybody really ride these bikes in anger anymore or do you fear for them breaking after you've spent xyz in building the bike of your dreams and have them as art and all that tush...??
