Just had a look at the parts I’ve selected for the build. The judys have a red/yellow trim and the tyres have red/yellow lettering. Looks like the decals will match up nicely.

Had a mock up before polishing. Ignore the tyres! They won’t be getting used.

Polishing is coming along well. All other parts are cleaned and ready to fit. Should only take a few hours once I’m finished polishing.

Mmmmm okay I kinda got carried away this morning and built the bike. I was in the zone and forgot to take pics as I progressed. So as if by magic...... here’s one I made earlier. Only the decals left to do.

Cheers. Turned out not too bad for a spare parts build. Just having a cuppa then I might attack the decal application. Not my favourite part of a build. Only done it three times before. Twice on zaskars!

Trick is masking tape for correct alignment.

Thanks for the tip. Still not looking forward to it. Think it’s psychological, once it’s done.... it’s done! No second chances. I did manage to do a good job on the other zaskars and my Fuchs.
