WANTED

To go on my Team LTS.

Rockshox Judys - 95/96/97/98 era. I don't mind which model they are, so long as they're yellow, or mainly yellow! I don't mind whether they have the early brace arrangement, or the later one-piece jobby.

I'd prefer a nice set of 95/96 SLs but will consider absolutely anything, so long as they're in good condition both cosmetically and functionally.

The condition of the paint is more important than the condition of the stickers - I can always buy some new decals on eBay

Money waiting to be paid via PP Gift today for the right pair.

I have a pair of '95 Judy SLs sitting in the garage - cosmetically great unmarked stantions (from memory), cartridge a bit squelchy and the elastomers have crumbled so to get them working you'd need either new elastomers or some springs (which seem to still be available on ebay).

I bought them on a whim a while back but the steerer was a tad too short for me and the seller refused when I tried to return them to him because of the elastomers as he claimed they were still technically 'rideable'. I've never mounted them to a bike so I can't say 100% but they should be OK with new springs.

I'll take some photos, check the stantions and measure the steerer this evening when I get home from work if you're interested - oh and I'm in Australia so I'd have to check on postage too.

Kronos springs are £20 on the bay, from the states - mine got here within a week.
