Year of free stuff!

as above myself and my close friends started off the "Year of free stuff" around two years ago (I know that sounds daft but it kind of never stopped!). The basic jist is to try and get hold of free stuff throughout the year - it either has to be offered or you need to ask if people want it anymore........no stealy stealy!! :|

The winner is the person who gets the most impressive/expensive item.

Today my father in law has given me not only a pair of unwornOakley square wires and hardcase but also a................................................2002 Honda Jazz!!!!(alright its generally driven by coffin dodgers!!!)

I can't quite believe he just gave it to me!! He even said he doesn't care whether I sell it and use the money for bikes..

Anyone else had any free stuff lately??

I get grief and moaned at absolutely fee of charge every single day of the week off the missus...


however I am pretty certain she gets 10fold worth off me in return.... I do often get a free lunch on Saturdays from where I used to work, which is pleasing

Be warned on the free car. My father in law gave us a mk3 cavalier at one point, the cambelt fell off in the outside lane of the M6 around stoke at 8pm on a friday evening.

Easy to avoid. Don't drive the Jazz on the M6 near Stoke on a Friday at around 8pm! :roll:
