Pitch and Shiplap. Double door. May paint it rather than natural wood finish. Farrow and ball some nice exterior colours.
Oh...and in time I will have stainless door furniture, not that black stuff

The thing in the pots looking a bit meengy...... on the plus side though thats a lovely wall.

Thats a baby acer...leave it alone you bully.

Acer palmatum I think - but he's right, it does look a bit nutrient deficient - get some slow release in there!!

Crocosmia Lucifer too = yummy - would look better if the fence was painted black

Its a Acer palmatun disectum species of tree, not sure of the cultivar, its a grafted plant from a dutch nursery, looks fine for food, but has dried out at some time in the last few weeks and is showing signs of stress, (Shameless plug If you want a real tree come and see me at work - www.premiertrees.co.uk) get it planted and all will be well, not to keen on direct sunlight so plant in dappled shade for best results.

TGR - could you supply Castanea sativa whips mail order in the autumn? Probably around 50? Want to create small coppice in garden, eventually
