They're Italian threaded, but you can easily remove the cups and just use the cartridge. Just run boiling water over the right cup (expands the cup and softens the Loctite) and give the axle end a sharp whack with a rubber mallet.
Postage is reasonable, and they're good to deal with. No PayPal, but you can 'phone them up and they'll bill your credit card.
