XTR SS95 remote shifter instructions ?

Does anyone happen to have this in a electric format ? I couldn't find one from Shimano's website since they don't have M950 series info anymore.

I've found German and Japanese versions online:

If you can't figure out from the pictures what you need to know, I think I have a paper copy in English somewhere I can scan and email.
