Bought these recently but they weren't quite what I was expecting to be honest as the picture was of a 3 ring set and what I got was a 2 ring and bash? I paid £55 for them but looking for a quick sale to move them on before they join my spares collection.
So, what do we have? The obvious is the M970 arms. The drive side is fine and in pretty good shape, though it has a few marks on the rear of the arm. The non drive arm looks more used and I as told had a little play. Not having used them I cant say or not (there was some mention of perhaps a new bolt would sort it as the bolt is a little rounded, but still works), so assume there is. Bolt and removal tool also included, though the tool seems to show wear on the spikes that are used to remove the plastic ring (which is not included as it didn't come with one, but not really needed anyway as all it does is keep the dirt out). It still works to remove the cranks though, so no worries there.
The rings it came with I think are XT rather than XTR, but I could be wrong. The bash guard has been modified, whether or not it was to fit these cranks I can't say as I've never used a bash ring in my life, but from a spot of googling it looks like an SLX one. Included are some spacers and long rear chain ring bolt bits for the bash guard to be used. I can include some standard chain ring bolts if needed, pretty sure I have enough in my spares box, though whether anything specific is needed for the bash ring fitting you'll have to advise, but I don't think so.
I think that about covers it, almost got to be worth the asking for the tool, rings and bash imho.
