I know, i know, mine is a poor english, but: if for "bottom pull" you mead that cable came from the BB and go towards the saddle, then I'll take it. Just give me time to check twice my tube section (but, as far as it's a steel frame, I'm pretty sure it could fit)

Yes it is pulled from the bottom of the bike, routed through the bottom bracket cable guide..
