If you can confirm that the front mech is top pull M738 and definitely 34.9 then i will take it I assume it is good condition as well?

Interested in "Giant Cadex 3. Sale includes frame, seat post, saddle, bb, original rigid forks + original headset " bit - if you can't easily get a photo of the forks can you point me to a link that shows some?

And need to be sure b/b WILL come out!

Sadly decided that frame IS same size as one I had a few years ago and that was too small, so I'm out. Very nice riders as I recall! Good luck with sale.
