First up is a brand new Shimano M960 Top swing dual pull mech. Never used or fitted, comes boxed with all the gubbins and shims to take it down from 31.8mm.
£35 or swap for conventional swing XTR front mech in 31.8mm.
Next up is a pair of XT M737 cranks. They are 170mm and all threads are in great condition as are the tapers. I bought these from W W Biffta less than two weeks ago and haven't fitted them due to having a change of plan on the overhall of my 856, it's now getting XTR cranks, which i've already got.

Shimano UN51 sealed bottom bracket. free from play but it has been used for a few miles. I assume it's the original bb frommy 96 bike.
shaft is 110.8mm and the shell measures 66.8mm but does have a couple of 1mm washers, so could go down to 64.8mm

Sugino cranks, 175mm, thread and tapers in good condition. I know next to nothing about Sugino stuff.
