What would be the price for the frame+fork including the shippingcosts to the Netherlands ?

I found out that it's a 1993 bike and that's in the time range where I'm looking at for a fat tube alu bike, as I always sticked to steel...

well frame is 3.6 pounds,fork 900g? seatpost 250g.headset 120g and bb 250g plus packaging plus a bit?
