XTR 960 Carbon E Type and Nukeproof SL headset (parts)

1. Carbon mount XTR top pull E Type front mech. I have tinkered with it and the two screw heads show signs of screwdrivering...the marks are not signs of my cackhandedness, but crappy Shimano alloy and could do with replacing. It's never been fitted and needs to go - I'm looking for £25 plus postage
2. Nukeproof SL headset (parts) - taken off a frame I bought - no snazzy nuclear logo topcap, sadly, and no crown race - other than that, sound enough with tidy paint and logos. - £12 plus postage

Thanks man! BTW: As I remember the m960 are dual pull types. So it will work on a down pull, right?
