XT U brake (sorted) , Fisher Alloy bulge bars.. (sorted)

It's a shame all the nice parts were cherry-picked from the Mt. Tam! A bike in that fine condition deserves to remain complete.

I understand what you are saying , however the heart and soul remains , the frame and forks.. , of which I am very greatful to have in my possesion..

The parts are replaceable , should I decide to go down the M730 route.. :)

Well I was thinking maybe a magura rear brake with some nice V's up front and maybe a Shimano HTII chainset .. sram XO rear mech and shifters.. :)

Do you think that would look ok.. :)

What, no disc brake retrofit?

:? Actually now you come to mention it.. Hmmm ..... would make it a lot more usable during the winter months.. :) , I think a nice hope M6 would go well ... :)

si - I have a couple of nice (NOS ish but couldn't gaurantee it) XT II U Brakes - I could spare one for the mt tam. (glad you got it by the way - thta bike needs and deserves some loving!)

I think you are after the ones with the plastic(?) shark tooth - but mine have the shark tooth on the brace and are chain stay mount (the writing is the right way up in this orientation).

I'll get you some pics tomorrow if you are interested.

Let me know :D

Deff interested fella, I have a few people looking for me , but it deserves something nice..

Drop us some pics when you get a min fella.. appreciated.. :)

Si
