XT SL-M740 l/h shifter

Got one of these spare, in good condition imo. Some light wear commensurate with age.
All clicks up and down as it should.

There's 3 (very) small silver bits showing through (2, 3 and 4mm long and 1mm or less wide) in pic #2

One of the shifter ends has some scuffing too.. pic #3

Indicator is a lovely bright red, despite looking orange in my pics (tried to get a sharp #1 pic 3 times but it's not happening - will try some more if anyone wishes).

Got an issue with this that's just popped up..

While the clicking action is superb, the #1 indicator doesn't 'light up'. It looks like the red indicator isn't being pushed far enough over.

Don't know whether it's an easy fix (but since the window part just screws off the top I suspect it is) but am inviting close offers based on the new info.

I do have the other one but it's not for sale..

If this one is only worth a tenner I will keep it too.. Tenner plus post could work...

Still here.. and it looks like the mystery #1 red bit is a bit intermittent.. just clicked it through (and back) half a dozen or so times and the 1 has lit every time.
