XT M770 Front shifter & ES70/71 Octalink BB

Anyone got a left hand 3-speed M770 shifter they're not using? Cosmetics not too important but ideally with the window if possible!

Also now looking for an XT ES70 or ES71 Octalink BB (I think in 68 flavour, from memory), 113 to 116mm
