As promised, I contacted the seller in the US and now have a few more NOS XTii straddle wires in my possession.

I can't describe how much difference these straddles make to the look of a bike. Although they are a tiny part of the "whole",
they seem to catch the eye. Treat youself and get rid of those rusty nuts
