36 hole. Hubs spin a bit rough so would want new cones and bearings if you want them super smooth. The front rim has taken a knock and has a twitch, maybe could be improved I've not tried. The rear rim is straight. Some wear to brake walls, particularly the rear, about 1- 1.5mm so plenty life yet.
