Looking for a frameset or bike for a friend.

She's currently got a 48cm, but it's a tad on the big side, so looking for something smaller than that

It can me a frameset and I'll transfer bits across, or a full bike and I'll sell the other

I'm in Somerset, so something locally... Or something posted
