Erm..pretty sure they do Jez, but I know diddly squat about these things. the front certainly was indexed before I took them off....is that what you mean?

Well the orginal xray were "3 clicks on the front". Some later editions had actually multiple clicks - almost like the right hand shifter so you could get a better dial in.

When you get a moment could you find it if it does this extra ratcheting...?

I see, yes it does do the multiple ratching...got confused the other day offering them up to different bars..as one didn't have just three clicks.
