Ok guys - yeah Gil its the brake lever twiddly screw barrel adjuster Im afraid. See it top left under the pauls cap...



The mavic headset isnt really missing anything apart from the crown race i think.

ok mate is it a special crown race or the std sort of one if you know what i mean? some have big flanges on but most are the std looking ones. lol ive confused myself now!
