Looking to trade my new/unfitted x7 crank set for some shimano or raceface (or similar) cranks.
They are 3x10 which i believe is fine to use with 9 speed (sheldons website) and have bb included.

They are compatible though you need an adapter of which is too much fuss for me! Though takes 30 seconds.
