My first ever piece of X-Lite kit, coming from a bike I picked up earlier

Are these Ti axles?
And they came with only one, removable, lever: is that normal, or did one get lost somewhere in the past 35 years..?

Excellent suggestion: a magnet doesn't stick, so I guess Ti .
