Not used the online shop, but one of their conventional high street branches is my LBS, and they're pretty bloody good.

They've not been doing the online thing as long as some of the bigger names out there, but they're definitely growing,

 

[Malicious Afterthought]

A friend bought a bike from there a couple of weeks ago. No problems as far as I am aware.

Their branch is also my LBS. Quite helpful.
