Front and rear deraillers if you want gears
Handle bar
Seat putting on properly
And brakes
Need space

I think it looks unfinishable rather than unfinished: if you look at where the bars are I think he forgot that his legs would be there to reach the pedals. The whole front end is wrong. Obviously the whole thing is wrong but the front end is the wrongest.
