Sounds like the switchboard operator in a Factory in Barcelona I used to deal with...
"Can I speak to Mr Valeriano please?"
"You wan spik Valeriano EIN?"
"Yes please"
"I try EIN...You wait EIN!"
"He not here EIN..you go now EIN!"
..and then she always cut me off...

EIN is pronounced more like AN...

Its direct translation is something like:
"I consider this to be a good idea, but I would like to know your thoughts?"

At last an answer that makes sense!

As I already stated, ein is an indefinite article in German (indefinite article=a, definite article=the), but you can't say "I am an Adam." You say "I am [called/named]..." (Ich heisse...) or "My name is..." (Meine Name ist...) And it's a moot point, as it's not German in the context it's being used, but Spanish.
