Now I need one of these! The one I had mysteriously disappeared whilst on a 50 mile tandem ride today :x
It's the large rubber plug that covers the recessed quill bolt, rather than the little one on the handlebar clamp that always disappeared anyway.. Any spares in anybody's tool box?
