I've an old pair of Ultegra 7 speed on Wolber TX Profil rims. I've recently modernised to 10 speed, so these are now redundant. Note that they're UG, NOT HG - they won't take a Hyperglide cassette, at least with that body, and I think the cones would need changing if you wanted to put on an HG body - assuming you can get one.
I was using them until about two months ago, and the freehub body had gone from making the odd "clunk" to making deeper and more ominous "clanks"! I can't guarantee how long that body might last. It's 20 years old, and has been making noises since the late 90s, but it's well overdue for failure (which, frankly, was another reason I changed them).
Certainly I'd fully understand why if you're not interested, but let me know if you are. I can post pictures if you want.
