WTD: Touring Frame

Looking for a touring frame, 58-59cm. Must be steel, 531 or equivalent or better. Doesn't need to be special or immaculate, in fact I'd prefer if it wasn't special or immaculate. Just after something decent with a bit of character.

I have one of these frames in blue with a Surly Cross Check fork. F&F has done only 100miles. The frame is unbranded except for the 631 decal. It has all the brazings including one for spare spokes.

Size wise CT seat tube is 55cm, steer tube is 19cm and cc steerer to seat tube is 57.

I would want £120 or VGO i'm in Leeds and can deliver/carry M62 corridor & sth and west yorks.

touring frame

I have a too big for me 58 cm Raleigh Special Products (Randoneur?) Reynolds 708 tubed frame with fork, 1" STX threaded headset, stem for flat bars, cartridge bottom bracket but at present, unfortunately, a stuck seatpost. I'm sure it will come out with more soaking etc as the frame is in really good condition with nice blue paintwork.
It dates from about 1991/2 I think as it had some DX parts fitted when I first got it & some nice Shimano A510 shorty cantis which could also be available.
