has anyone got a 7/8"tall quill stem,also after some randaneau drops

I have some silver nitto randonneur bars- 25.4mm clamp and 42mm at bends around 46mm width at the end of the drops- really nice condition, some tape marks- £20 posted

also a Raleigh stem attached to them at the mo, not sure how tall you want but can do both for £25 posted if you like?
