Wtd: steel single speed frame - 18" with disc

Hi,
for a more modern build I am looking for a steel single speed frame with disctabs (w/o canti). Track or slider dropouts are both ok, designed around a 100-120mm fork; 18" c-t ... Wheelsize doesn't matter.
