WTD: Small Road Frame

Looking for a small (48-50cm) road frame suitable for 700C fixed/ss conversion. Needn't be anything fancy, it's for my lad to try out & see what he wants to ride. Would consider complete bike, also have larger frames to p/x if interested. Pref. Bristol/N.Som area for ease of collection.
