WTD: Small 15" Max MTB WHY?

After something for my mum (got something for my dad already) as both parents are retired and they want to use the local Canal and forests for fitness and leisure.
Small frame, nothing fancy but must have or be capable having 1 1/8th suspension forks fitted.

Up to £150 to spend.

I have a Marin East Peak for sale 14 1/2" frame, Virtually a full bike but stripped of components,would need a back wheel (disc or v) and a brake to match, otherwise I think I have everything else. 9 speed deore kit, front disc wheel and avid 3 brake, rock shox pilot sl forks.I would want £140 posted.PM if you want any more info.
