WTD: Shortish Reach 1" Quill 26mm clamp

As per title, I'm after a short reach 70mm? 1 inch quill 26mm clamp size.

Nothing too pricey.

I have tightened the clamp bolt and attempted to measure the dia...actially looks like it's a bit under 26mm to me..but please see pic
