WTD - Shimano 9 speed double front mech & 135bcd chainri

Couple of bits needed at my end folks... to use on my girlfriend's bike which is being converted from a flat bar 9 speed to a drop bar 18 speed.

Modern Shimano double 9 speed double front mech in silver, band on with 28.6mm clamp. 105 model or above.

Also, a 9 speed 135bcd chainring of 39-42 tooth, in silver... ideally Stronglight or Campagnolo please.

Both items must be in excellent or mint condition (or new!)

is the clamp size written inside the er clamp? sounds good if it's 28.6
